Pamela, Your a nut. For sure. But, a happy one it seems. I am pretty sure I want to be in the four kids family club eventually....but, umm, with more space between the babies. Unless God were to give me twins, I would take that. Anyway, super-de-duper congratulations to you and the mister! XOXOX Joce
So Pamela....I was so overwhelmed at your good news yesterday, that I forgot to address the yuckies. Here are some things that worked for me (some are rather cliche, but the point is, they worked): 1. Sea Bands (check the motion sickness section of the drug store) 2. Saltines before you get out of bed, or get up from a chair, or before moving in general. 3. Ginger beer. I think its Goya brand, and in Tops its in the section by the refried beans and salsa and stuff. (sip it) 4. Eat all the time, about two bites. Protein always helped even though it sounded gross and made me want to puke. Once I choked a few bites of hard boiled egg down with a Ritz, I always felt better. And had more energy too. 5. (You are gonne love this one, no its not Makers Mark) Take naps. Not just one, but as often as you can finagle it. Hope at least one of these produces the desired result for you. XOXOX Joce

Mister, could you then shoot Mr. Mustang a reassuring e-mail about minimal pain and use terms like "no big deal" and "real men do it"..?
